Some claim that information about Phil Schneider is being slowly scrubbed from the internet, so here is my best attempt to collect all the evidence in one place.
Phil Schneider
A year before he died, in 1995, Phil Schneider was seen showing the audience injuries he received due to aggressive aliens with lasers weapons that felt threatened because humans were tunneling into their underground base in Dulce, New Mexico. He also lost fingers on his left hand.

A Letter from Philâs Wife
A Small Introduction
By Cynthia Drayer
My name is Cynthia Drayer, I live in Portland, Oregon, and I am the ex-wife of Philip Schneider. Philip and I met in 1986, were married in Carson City, Nevada, and had a daughter, Marie, in 1987. We were divorced in 1990 and lived in separate residences. Philip lived in an apartment complex in Wilsonville, Oregon. On 1/17/1996 I received a call that Philip was dead in his apartment and apparently had died up to a week before his body was discovered. At the time of the removal of his body, his cause of death was by a stroke. When I went to the funeral home I had feelings of discomfort about his death. I asked to view the body, but due to decomposition, the funeral director suggested otherwise. I wanted to be sure, in my own mind, that Philip had not died under âunnatural causesâ.
For the last two years of his life, Philip had been on the âlecture tourâ throughout the United States, talking out about government coverups. You name it, he was talking about it: Aliens (treaties and abductions), UFOâs, the One World Government, Black Budgets, Underground Mountain Bases, CIA involvement in civilian murders and drugs, Stealth technology, the Philadelphia Experiment, Operation Crossroads (Bikini Island A-bomb experiments), Dulce Fire Fight, the Oklahoma bombing, the World Trade Center bombing, missing children, Gunderson Freight Cars, the opening of concentration camps and Marshal Law/UN involvement, man-made viruses and earthquakes, etc. etc.
A day later, I received a call from the Clackamas County Detectives, that the funeral director had found âsomethingâ around Philipâs neck.
An autopsy was performed at the Multnomah County Medical Examinerâs office (in Portland, Oregon) by Dr. Gunson, and she determined that Philip had committed suicide by wrapping a rubber catheter hose three times around his neck, and half-knotting it in front. There are several reasons why I believe that Philip did not commit suicide, but was murdered:
-
There was no suicide note.
-
Philip always told his friends and relatives that if he ever âcommitted suicide,â you would know that he had been murdered.
-
From a number of sources, including his taped lectures (video and audio), and statements to his friends, and the borrowing of a 9mm gun, Philip felt that he and his family were being threatened and were in danger because of his lectures.
-
All of his lecture materials, alien metals, higher math books, photographs of UFOâs coming out of the Operation Crossroad A-Bomb, notes for his book on the alien agenda, were missing. (Everything else in the apartment was still there, including gold coins, wallet with hundreds of dollars, jewelry, mineral specimens, etc.)
-
No coroner ever came out to his apartment after his body was found (against Oregon Law) - and a police investigation never took under consideration that items were missing from his apartment - it was considered a suicide, plain and simple.
-
The medical examiner took blood and urine samples at the autopsy but REFUSED to analyze them, saying that the county would not âwaste their money on a suicide.â Although I was assured that the samples would be kept for 12 months, when I asked for these samples to be sent to an independent lab 11 months later they were âmissingâ and presumed âdestroyed.â
-
Philip had missing fingers on his left hand, and limited motion in his shoulders. I believe that it was physically impossible for Philip to have held the rubber hose in his left hand with missing fingers and then wrap the hose three times with shoulders that had limited motion. In order to end up where his body was, he had to sit on the edge of his bed, wrap the hose around his neck, slowly and painfully strangle to death, and fallen head first into a wheelchair.
-
Philip was an expert in chemicals and his own medical needs. He had multiple pills at hand that could have ended his life quickly and painlessly. He also had a 9mm gun that he had borrowed to protect himself. Why strangle himself in such an unusual manner?
-
Philip was very religious and did not believe in suicide

FOUND AT: Phil Schneider
Al Pratt suspected something was wrong with his friend Philip Schneider. For several days in a row, Al had gone to Philâs apartment, in Willsonville, Oregon, saw his car in the parking lot, but received no answer at the door. Finally, on January 17th, 1996, Al Pratt, along with the manager of the Autumn Park Apartments and a detective from the Clackamas County Sheriffâs office, entered the apartment. Inside, they found the body of Philip Schneider. Apparently, he had been dead for 5 to 7 days. The Clackamas County Coronerâs office initially attributed Philip Schneiderâs death to a stroke. However, in the following days, disturbing details about his death began to surface, leading some to believe that Philip Schneider had not died from a stroke, but had in fact been murdered.
Philip Schneiderâs life was certainly as controversial as his death. Born on April 23, 1947 at Bethesda Navy Hospital, Philipâs parents were Oscar and Sally Schneider. Oscar Schneider was a Captain in the United States Navy, worked in nuclear medicine, and helped design the first nuclear submarines. Captain Schneider was also part of OPERATION CROSSROADS, which was responsible for the testing of nuclear weapons in the Pacific at Bikini Island. In a lecture videotaped in May 1996, Philip Schneider claimed that his father, Captain Oscar Schneider, was also involved with the infamous âPhiladelphia Experiment.â In addition, Philip claimed to be an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases (DUMB) around the country, and to be one of only three people to survive the 1979 incident between the alien Grays and U.S. military forces at the Dulce underground base. Philip Schneiderâs ex-wife, Cynthia Drayer, believes that Philip was murdered because he publicly revealed the truth about the U.S. governmentâs involvement with UFOs.
For two years prior to his death, Philip Schneider had been on a lecture tour talking about government cover-ups, black budgets, and UFOs. Philip stated in his lecture that in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution and form a treaty with extraterrestrials. The treaty was called the 1954 Greada Treaty. Officials agreed that for extraterrestrial technology, the Grays could test their implanting techniques on select citizens. However, the extraterrestrials had to inform the government just who had been abducted and subject to implants. Slowly over time, the aliens altered the bargain, abducting and implanting thousands of people without reporting back to the government.
In 1979, Philip was employed by Morrison-Knudsen, Inc. He was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, New Mexico. The project at that time had drilled four holes in the desert that were to be linked together with tunnels. Philipâs job was to go down the holes, check the rock samples, and recommend the explosives to deal with the particular rock. In the process, the workers accidentally opened a large artificial cavern, a secret base for the aliens known as Grays. In the panic that occurred, sixty-seven workers and military personnel were killed, with Philip Schneider being one of only three people to survive. Philip claimed that scars on his chest were caused by his being struck by an alien weapon that would later result in cancer due to the radiation.
If Philip Schneiderâs claims are true, then his knowledge of the secret government, UFOs, and other information kept from the public could have serious repercussions to the world as we know it. In his lectures, Philip spoke on such topics as the Space-Defense-Initiative, black helicopters, railroad cars built with shackles to contain political prisoners, the World Trade Center bombing, and the secret black budget.
Personal Life
In 1987 Philip married Cynthia Marie Drayer Simon. The two had met in June of 1986 at a meeting of the Oregon Agate and Mineral Society. As Cynthia put it years later, âHe had so many interesting stories, so much information to share, we bonded and love began to bloom.â Philip and Cynthia would later have a daughter, Marie Schneider. Unfortunately, their marriage had difficulties. According to Cynthia, health problems contributed to their break up. Philip had multiple health concerns, many of which could have killed him. He had chronic lower back pain that never went away, even after a back operation. He had multiple sclerosis, which was chronic and progressive. Occasionally he had to use crutches, a body brace, leg braces, bladder bag, catheter, diapers, and a wheelchair. He often had to sleep in a hospital bed with railings, a helmet, and body braces. When Cynthia first met him he was taking Dilantin for seizures and almost died three times from this medication due to an allergic reaction.
Philip also had brittle bone syndrome (osteoporosis) and cancer in his arms. He had hundreds of shrapnel wounds, a plate in his head with a metal fragment in his brain, fingers missing from his left hand. There was a scar that ran down from the top of his throat to below his belly button, and another scar that ran from just under his ribs, side to side. Cynthia would later state, "Philip was a complex person. He had brain damage after a bomb was dropped on him while working as a civilian structural engineer for Morrison-Knudsen in Vietnam. He had a Rhyolite clearance. He was learning disabled, brilliant in some areas, yet unable to fill out a form in the doctorâs office. Able to create time travel formulas, but unable to budget money; he had to file bankruptcy one year. I now believe that he had been âdeprogrammedâ so that he could not remember most of his âpastâ life. But something began to happen shortly after we first met. Perhaps because of the seizures, or because he changed his medication, or because he now had another person to talk to that was interested in what he had to say, he began to remember the old days. Being the scientific, logical-minded person I am, I listened intently to his stories with a grain of salt, waiting for additional information to verify them.
I can still remember the night he began to talk in some foreign language (sounded like Chinese and another night in what sounded like French.) Philip told me he knew 11 languages before the brain damage. After the space shuttle, Challenger, exploded, I visited Philip in his apartment. He had a large chalkboard with complicated formulas which proved that a âcosmosphereâ had shot down the space shuttle."
Cynthia also said, âIt was a difficult marriage for both of us, which was complicated by a failed self-employed business selling rocks, minerals, and antiques, Philipâs reconstructive surgery on scars on his chest, his lower back operation, my gall-bladder surgery and the birth of our daughter, all within a 1-year period. The pressures of our new family, failed business, and physical problems culminated in our divorce in 1990. Philip was an emotional abuser and could be very mean and abusive. He was a complex person - part genius and part paranoid schizophrenic. We had a bad marriage but developed it into a great friendship.â
The Philadelphia Experiment
One of Philipâs more amazing stories was his fatherâs alleged involvement with the âPhiladelphia Experiment.â When Philipâs father, Captain Oscar Schneider (Navy Medical Corp.), died in 1993, Philip discovered original letters in his basement. According to Philip, the letters were evidence that the Philadelphia Experiment actually existed, and that Oscar Schneider had been a participant in it after the crew members had been quarantined in a Virginia psychiatric ward. Captain Schneider supposedly autopsied the bodies of the crew members as they died and found alien implants in their arms, legs, behind their eyes, and deep inside their brains. Captain Schneider was confused by these implants, so they obviously were not military. They had to have been alien in nature, and the small âtransistorâ like item was discovered before transistors had been invented. Here was evidence that either by accident, or on purpose, aliens were involved with the Philadelphia Experiment, and were probably responsible for its failure.
Also discovered in Oscarâs basement were photographs taken during Operation Crossroads, in which a nuclear device was used on Bikini Island. Authentic military photos taken from an airplane showed UFOs raising up from the lagoon and flying through the mushroom cloud. These photos, however, mysteriously disappeared from Philipâs apartment at the time of his death.
Mysterious Death
Some investigators in Philip Schneiderâs mysterious death have had problems believing some of the incredible claims he made before he died. Even those who knew Philip when he was alive didnât always accept the validity of his stories. Cynthia Schneider noted that when Philip was under crisis or pressure, he would tell people that he had been arrested, or that people from the sheriffâs office or government had been at his door. This was the way he expressed his crisis. Unfortunately, she claims, sometimes it was true. Like âthe little boy who cried wolf,â his friends became numb to his reports.
Despite the fact that Philipâs claims seemed too wild or disturbing to be true, he obviously believed in what he was saying. Philip claimed that his life was in danger because he was revealing the truth, a truth that some would kill to keep secret. He borrowed a gun from his friend Ron Utella, stating that he felt he needed protection and that there had been several attempts to have his car run off the road. In the end, though, Philipâs safeguards were not enough to save his life. On either January 10 or 11, 1996, Philip Schneider died under mysterious circumstances.
After the initial cause of Philipâs death was listed as a stroke, Cynthia asked to see the body before it was to be prepared for cremation. She was dissuaded by the funeral director who felt that the bodyâs advanced state of decomposition would be too traumatic. However, she could not shake the feeling that something was wrong. The next day Cynthia was contacted by Detective Randy Harris who said that âsomething was wrongâ - that there were marks on Philipâs neck. Philip Schneiderâs body was removed from the funeral home and autopsied by Dr. Karen Gunson, Medical Examiner for Multnomah County, Oregon.
The autopsy revealed that Philip had in fact died as a result of having a rubber hose wrapped three times, tightly around his neck and tied in a knot. The conclusion from the autopsy was that he had committed suicide. He had wrapped the tubing around his neck, tied it in a knot, blocked the flow of blood to his head, became unconscious and finally died.
More surprising was Cynthiaâs discovery that Philipâs lecture material, unknown metals, military photographs, and all notes for his unwritten book on UFOs were missing from his apartment. However, money and other valuables were left untouched.
When he was found in his apartment, Philipâs body was in an unusual position. His feet were under the bed, his head was in a wheelchair seat, at an unusual angle, the rest of his body was on the floor, hands by his sides. There was blood found on the floor near the wheelchair, but no blood was found on the wheelchair. There were no apparent wounds on Philipâs body to account for the blood. No sample of the blood was taken due to the initial belief that Philip had died of natural causes. No suicide note has ever been found. In fact, Mark Rufener, a long-time friend of Philip said, âI saw Philip the weekend of January 6 and 7th 1996. We were going to buy land in Colorado. We were excited because he was going to hire me to help write a book about his knowledge on UFOs and aliens, the One World Government, and the Black Budget. He did not commit suicide, he was murdered and it was made to look like a suicide.â
When he was alive, Philip enjoyed eating out at the 76 Truck Stop in Aurora, Oregon. A waitress named Donna remembered his stops when they would talk about his work. Philip mentioned to her that there had been 19 attempts to stop him from talking. Donna states that Philip said, âIf they ever say that I have committed suicide, you will know that I have been murdered.â She said that Philip believed he had a mission to talk about a government cover-up about aliens and UFOs, and that there were forces out to stop people who talked.
Was Philip Schneider murdered? His ex-wife Cynthia believes this to be the case. She thinks that Philip was met by someone he knew and injected with a drug in order to incapacitate him. The assailants then wrapped the rubber hose around his neck, asphyxiating him. In fact, shortly after Philipâs death, several friends told Cynthia that they had seen Philip with an unknown blond woman several weeks before he died. During the course of the meeting, Cynthia noticed a long-haired blond woman in a car, watching the meeting through the window with a pair of binoculars. When they tried to approach the car, the woman quickly sped away. Cynthia later traced the license plate number and it turned out to be from a truck, with the plate reported as stolen. Cynthia thinks the reports of a blond-haired woman are significant because Cynthiaâs mother, through a channeling session, had told her that a woman wearing a blond wig was involved in Philipâs death.
Despite the fact that officials have closed the case as a suicide, and Philipâs surviving siblings have tried to persuade Cynthia to accept the ruling, Cynthia has not stopped in her efforts to discover the truth in her ex-husbandâs death. She says that she knows in her heart and soul that Philip would not have committed suicide willingly, and she still hopes that Philipâs blood and urine can can be relocated by the Multnomah County Medical Examinerâs Office and examined for traces of drugs that would not normally be there. However, as the days go by the reality for such tests grows smaller. She still hopes that someone will come forward with pertinent information to help her find justice for Philips death.
Until that time comes, Cynthia Drayer will continue her task, perhaps putting her own safety at risk. That prospect doesnât frighten her anymore, " I just want people to know the truth about Philip Schneider, a person who died trying to expose the difficult truths of this world."

A Lecture By Phil Schneider: May 1995
Murdered - Jan. 1996
Phil Schneider, a very brave man, recently lost his life due to what appeared to be a military-style execution in January 1996. He was found dead in his apartment with piano wire still wrapped around his neck. According to some sources, he had been brutally tortured repeatedly before being killed. Phil Schneider was an ex-government engineer who was involved in building underground bases. He was one of three people to survive the 1979 fire fight between the large Greys and U.S. intelligence and military forces at the Dulce underground base.
In May 1995, Phil Schneider did a lecture on what he had discovered. Seven months later he was tortured and killed by those for whom he previously worked. This manâs final acts should not go unnoticed.
The May 1995 Lecture by Phil Schneider
"It is because of the horrendous structure of the federal government that I feel directly imperiled ânotâ to tell anybody about this material. How long I will be able to do this is anybodyâs guess. However, I would like to mention that this talk is going to be broken up into four main topics. Each of these topics will have some bearing on what you people are involved in, whether you are patriots or not.
I want you to know that these United States are a beautiful place. I have gone to more than 70 countries, and I cannot remember any country that has the beauty, as well as the magnificence of its people, like these United States.
To give you an overview of basically what I am, I started off and went through engineering school. Half of my school was in that field, and I built up a reputation for being a geological engineer, as well as a structural engineer with both military and aerospace applications. I have helped build two main bases in the United States that have some significance as far as what is called the âNew World Orderâ. The first base is the one at Dulce, New Mexico. I was involved in 1979 in a fire-fight with alien humanoids, and I was one of the survivors. Iâm probably the only âtalkingâ survivor you will ever hear. Two other survivors are under close guard. I am the only one left that knows the detailed files of the entire operation. Sixty-six secret service agents, FBI, Black Berets and the like, died in that fire-fight. I was there.
Number one, part of what I am going to tell you is going to be very shocking. Part of what I am going to tell you is probably going to be very unbelievable, though, instead of putting your glasses on, Iâm going to ask you to put your âskepticalâ on. But please, feel free to do your own homework. I know the Freedom of Information Act isnât much to go on, but itâs the best weâve got. The local law library is a good place to look for Congressional Records. So, if one continues to do their homework, then one can be standing vigilant in regard to their country.
Deep Underground Military Bases and the Black Budget
I love the country I am living in more than I love my life, but I would not be standing before you now, risking my life, if I did not believe it was so. The first part of this talk is going to concern deep underground military bases and the black budget. The Black Budget is a secretive budget that garners 25% of the gross national product of the United States. The Black Budget currently consumes $1.25 trillion per year. At least this amount is used in black programs, like those concerned with deep underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States.
They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940âs. Some of them were built even earlier than that. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-leviton trains that have speeds up to Mach 2. Several books have been written about this activity. Al Bielek has my only copy of one of them. Richard Sauder, a Ph.D., researcher, has risked his life by talking about this. In Idaho, there are 11 Underground bases.
The average depth of these bases is over a mile, and they again are basically whole cities underground. They all are between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size. They have laser drilling machines that can drill a tunnel seven miles long in one day. The Black Projects sidestep the authority of Congress, which as we know is illegal. Right now, the New World Order is depending on these bases. If I had known at the time I was working on them that the NWO was involved, I would not have done it. I was lied to rather extensively.
Development of Military Technology, Implied German Interest in Hyperspacial Technology, and More.
Basically, as far as âtechnologyâ is concerned, âfor every calendar year that transpires, military technology increases about 44.5 yearsâ. This is why it is easy to understand that back in 1943 they were able to create, through the use of vacuum tube technology, a ship that could literally disappear from one place and appear in another place. My father, Otto Oscar Schneider, fought on âbothâ sides of the war. He was originally a U-boat captain, and was captured and repatriated in the United States. He was involved with different kinds of concerns, such as the A-bomb, the H-bomb and the Philadelphia Experiment. He invented a high-speed camera that took pictures of the first atomic tests at Bikini Island on July 12, 1946. I have original photographs of that test, and the photos also show âUFOâs fleeing the bomb site at a high rate of speed. Bikini Island at the time was infested with them, especially under the water, and the natives had problems with their animals being mutilated.â At that time, General MacArthur felt that the next war would be with aliens from other worlds.
Anyway, my father laid the groundwork with theoreticians about the Philadelphia experiment, as well as other experiments. What does that have to do with me? Nothing, other than the fact that he was my father. I donât agree with what he did on the other side, but I think he had a lot of guts in coming here. He was hated in Germany. There was a $1 million reward, payable in gold, to anyone who killed him. Obviously, they didnât succeed. Anyway, back to our topic - deep underground bases.
The Fire Fight At Dulce Base
Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called their 1954 Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people involved. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldnât abide by it at all. Back in 1979, this was the reality, and the fire-fight at Dulce occurred quite by accident. I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep. At that particular time, we had drilled four distinct holes in the desert, and we were going to link them together and blow out large sections at a time. My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, and recommend the explosive to deal with the particular rock. As I was headed down there, we found ourselves amidst a large cavern that was full of outer-space aliens, otherwise known as large Greys. I shot two of them. At that time, there were 30 people down there. About 40 more came down after this started, and all of them got killed. We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens. Later, we found out that they had been living on our planet for a long time, perhaps a million years. This could explain a lot of what is behind the theory of ancient astronauts.
Anyway, I got shot in the chest with one of their weapons, which was a box on their body, that blew a hole in me and gave me a nasty dose of cobalt radiation. I have had cancer because of that.
I didnât get really interested in UFO technology until I started work at Area 51, north of Las Vegas. After about two years recuperating after the 1979 incident, I went back to work for Morrison and Knudson, EG&G; and other companies. At Area 51, they were testing all kinds of peculiar spacecraft. How many people here are familiar with Bob Lazarâs story? He was a physicist working at Area 51 trying to decipher the propulsion factor in some of these craft.
Schneiderâs Worries About Government Factions, Railroad Cars and Shackle Contracts
Now, I am very worried about the activity of the federal government. They have lied to the public, stonewalled senators, and have refused to tell the truth in regard to alien matters. I can go on and on. I can tell you that I am rather disgruntled. Recently, I knew someone who lived near where I live in Portland, Oregon. He worked at Gunderson Steel Fabrication, where they make railroad cars. Now, I knew this fellow for the better part of 30 years, and he was kind of a quiet type. He came in to see me one day, excited, and he told me âtheyâre building prisoner cars.â He was nervous. Gunderson, he said, had a contract with the federal government to build 107,200 full length railroad cars, each with 143 pairs of shackles. There are 11 sub-contractors in this giant project. Supposedly, Gunderson got over 2 billion dollars for the contract. Bethlehem Steel and other steel outfits are involved. He showed me one of the cars in the rail yards in North Portland. He was right. If you multiply 107,200 times 143 times 11, you come up with about 15,000,000. This is probably the number of people who disagree with the federal government. No more can you vote any of these people out of office. Our present structure of government is âtechnocracyâ, not democracy, and it is a form of feudalism. It has nothing to do with the republic of the United States. These people are god-less, and have legislated out prayer in public schools. You can get fined up to $100,000 and two years in prison for praying in school. I believe we can do better. I also believe that the federal government is running the gambit of enslaving the people of the United States. I am not a very good speaker, but Iâll keep shooting my mouth off until somebody puts a bullet in me, because itâs worth it to talk to a group like this about these atrocities.
Americaâs Black Program Contractors
There are other problems. I have some interesting 1993 figures. There are 29 prototype stealth aircraft presently. The budget from the U.S. Congress five-year plan for these is $245.6 million. You couldnât buy the spare parts for these black programs for that amount. So, weâve been lied to. The black budget is roughly $1.3 trillion every two years. A trillion is a thousand billion. A trillion dollars weighs 11 tons. The U.S. Congress never sees the books involved with this clandestine pot of gold. Contractors of stealth programs: EG&G;, Westinghouse, McDonnell Douglas, Morrison-Knudson, Wackenhut Security Systems, Boeing Aerospace, Lorimar Aerospace, Aerospacial in France, Mitsibishi Industries, Rider Trucks, Bechtel, âI.G.Farbenâ, plus a host of hundreds more. Is this what we are supposed to be living up to as freedom-loving people? I donât believe so.
Star Wars and Apparent Alien Threat
Still, 68% of the military budget is directly or indirectly effected by the black budget. Star Wars relies heavily upon stealth weaponry. By the way, none of the stealth program would have been available if we had not taken apart crashed alien disks. None of it. Some of you might ask what the âspace shuttleâ is âshuttlingâ. Large ingots of special metals that are milled in space and cannot be produced on the surface of the earth. They need the near vacuum of outer space to produce them. We are not even being told anything close to the truth. I believe our government officials have sold us down the drain - lock, stock and barrel. Up until several weeks ago, I was employed by the U.S. government with a Ryolite-38 clearance factor - one of the highest in the world. I believe the Star Wars program is there solely to act as a buffer to prevent alien attack - it can nothing to do with the âcold warâ, which was only a toy to garner money from all the people - for what? The whole lie was planned and executed for the last 75 years.
Stealth Aircraft Technology Use by U.S. Agencies and the United Nations
Hereâs another piece of information for you folks. The Drug Enforcement Administration and the ATF rely on stealth tactical weaponry for as much as 40% of their operations budget. This in 1993, and the figures have gone up considerably since. The United Nations used American stealth aircraft for over 28% of its collective worldwide operations from 1990 to 1992, according to the Center for Strategic Studies and UN Report 3092.
The Guardians of Stealth and Delta Force Origins of the Bosnia Conflict
The Guardians of Stealth: There are at least three distinct classifications of police that guard our most well-kept secrets. Number one, the Military Joint Tactical Force (MJTF), sometimes called the Delta Force or Black Berets, is a multi-national tactical force primarily used to guard the various stealth aircraft worldwide. By the way, there were 172 stealth aircraft built. Ten crashed, so there were at last count about 162. Bill Clinton signed them away about six weeks ago to the United Nations. There have been indications that the Delta Force was sent over to Bosnia during the last days of the Bush administration as a covert sniper force, and that they started taking pot shots at each side of the controversy, âin order to actually start the Bosnia conflictâ that would be used by succeeding administrations for political purposes.
Thoughts on the Bombings in the United States
I was hired not too long ago to do a report on the World Trade Center bombing. I was hired because I know about the 90 some-odd varieties of chemical explosives. I looked at the pictures taken right after the blast. The concrete was puddled and melted. The steel and the rebar was literally extruded up to six feet longer than its original length. There is only one weapon that can do that - a small nuclear weapon. Thatâs a construction-type nuclear device. Obviously, when they say that it was a nitrate explosive that did the damage, theyâre lying 100%, folks. The people they have in custody probably didnât do the crime. As a matter of fact, I have reason to believe that the same group held in custody did do other crimes, such as killing a Jewish rabbi in New York. However, I want to further mention that with the last explosion in Oklahoma City, they are saying that it was a nitrate or fertilizer bomb that did it. First, they came out and said it was a 1,000 pound fertilizer bomb. Then, it was 1,500. Then 2,000 pounds. Now its 20,000. You canât put 20,000 pounds of fertilizer in a Rider Truck. Now, Iâve never mixed explosives, per se. I know the chemical structure and the application of construction explosives. My reputation was based on it. I helped hollow out more than 13 deep underground military bases in the United States. I worked on the Malta project, in West Germany, in Spain and in Italy. I can tell you from experience that a nitrate explosion would not have hardly shattered the windows of the federal building in Oklahoma City. It would have killed a few people and knocked part of the facing off the building, but it would have never have done that kind of damage. I believe I have been lied to, and I am not taking it any longer, so Iâm telling you that youâve been lied to.
The Truth Behind the Republican Contract With America I donât perceive at this time that we have too much more than six months of life left in this country, at the present rate. We are the laughing stock of the world, because we are being hoodwinked by so many evil people that are ruining this country. I think we can do better. I think the people over 45 are seriously worried about their future. Iâm going to run some scary scenarios by you. The Contract With America. It contains the same terminology that Adolph Hitler used to subvert Germany in 1931. I believe we can do better. The Contract With America is a last ditch effort by our federal government to tear away the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Some Statistics on the Black Helicopter Presence
The black helicopters. There are over 64,000 black helicopters in the United States. For every hour that goes by, there is one being built. Is this the proper use of our money? What does the federal government need 64,000 tactical helicopters for, if they are not trying to enslave us. I doubt if the entire military needs 64,000 worldwide. I doubt if all the world needs that many. There are 157 F-117A stealth aircraft loaded with LIDAR and computer-enhanced imaging radar. They can see you walking from room to room when they fly over your house. They see objects in the house from the air with a variation limit of 1 inch to 30,000 miles. Thatâs how accurate that it is. Now, I worked in the federal government for a long time, and I know exactly how they handle their business.
Government Earthquake Device, AIDS as a Bioweapon based on Alien excretions.
The federal government has now invented an earthquake device. I am a geologist, and I know what I am talking about. With the Kobe earthquake in Japan, there was no pulsewave as in a normal earthquake. None. In 1989, there was an earthquake in San Francisco. There was no pulse wave with that one either. It is a Tesla device that is being used for evil purposes. The black budget programs have subverted science as we know it. Look at AIDs, invented by the National Ordinance Laboratory in Chicago, Illinois in 1972. It was a biological weapon to be used against the people of the United States. The reason I know this is that I have seen the documentation by the Office of Strategic Services, which by the way is still in operation to this day, through the CDC in Atlanta. They used the glandular excretions of animals, humans and alien humanoids to create the virus. These alien humanoids the government is hobnobbing with are the worst news. There is absolutely no defense against their germs - none. They are a biological weapon of terrible consequence. Every alien on the planet needs to be isolated.
Saddam Hussein killed 3.5 million Kurdish people with a similar biological weapon. Do we, the people of this planet, deserve this? No, we donât, but we are not doing anything about it. Every moment we waste, we are doing other people on the planet a disservice. Right now, I am dying of cancer that I contracted because of my work for the federal government. I might live six months. I might not. I will tell you one thing. If I keep speaking out like I am, maybe God will give me the life to talk my head off. I will break every law that it takes to talk my head off. Eleven of my best friends in the last 22 years have been murdered. Eight of the murders were called âsuicides.â Before I went to talk in Las Vegas, I drove a friend down to Joshua Tree, near 29 Palms. I drove into the mountains in order to get to Needles, California, and I was followed by two government E-350 vans with G-14 plates, each with a couple of occupants, one of which had an Uzi. I knew exactly who they were. I have spoken 19 times and have probably reached 45,000 people. Well, I got ahead of them and came to a stop in the middle of the road. They both went on either side of me and down a ravine. Is this what its going to take? I cut up my security card and sent it back to the government, and told them if I was threatened, and I have been, that I was going to upload 140,000 pages of documentation to the Internet about government structure and the whole plan. I have already begun that task. Thank you very much.

Gabe Valdez on Phil Schneider
From: Dulce Base The Truth and Evidence from the Case Files of Gabe Valdez
This brings up an interesting subject that arose in the mid-1990s when a
man by the name of Phil Schneider began conducting public talks claiming
that he worked at the Dulce base as an engineer. He says that in the late
1970s, he was involved in a firefight with the aliens during which he
sustained injuries. Phil told family members that if he was ever found dead
and it was ruled a suicide, he was murdered by the government to quiet his
talks about his alleged involvement in the Dulce base.If you guessed that he was found dead and it was ruled a suicide, you are
correct. After his death, Philâs ex-wife, Cynthia Dryer, started contacting
Gabe and asking him for help in investigating Philâs death. As Gabe started
collecting police and autopsy reports on Phil, it appeared the police initially
did a very sloppy investigative job in regard to Philâs death. When Philâs
body was found, the police did not notice surgical tubing wrapped around his
neck, which was the obvious cause of death. The tubing was later found at
the mortuary as they were preparing his body for burial. The medical examiner did not document or notice this cord in the initial
investigation because the deputy medical examiner never responded to the
scene of his death, and an autopsy was not initially ordered because it
appeared Phil had died of natural causes. The officer who first arrived at the
scene did not notice the cord and quickly wrote off the death as an unattended
death. A police supervisor was called to the crime scene, but based on the
report from the initial officer on the scene, the supervisor never made it to
view the body when Phil was first found deceased. While the initial medical
report stated that Phil had possibly died from a stroke, it was later changed to
suicide. On a side note, Philâs body was found several days after he had actually
died. When bodies start to decompose and swell, it is sometimes difficult to
immediately determine the cause of death. Trust me on this because I have
seen enough dead bodies to see why the police officer might have missed the
cause of death when he first located the body. Based on Gabeâs experience of
investigating numerous suicides and homicides in his career, photos of Philâs
body did not necessarily correlate with a homicide, but it was not ruled out
either. Itâs very difficult to investigate a crime scene without having all the
details or actually being present at the crime scene. Although Gabe had a
wealth of experience dealing with dead bodies, he could not conclusively say
whether Phil was murdered; he could only conclude the initial officer and the
supervisory officer did a sloppy initial investigation.Cynthia Dryer was the person who actually came up with the murder
theory. Cynthia didnât get this idea from actual evidence but from her mother,
who had a psychic vision and concluded that Phil was murdered. Cynthia also
claimed that her dad, Frank Martain, was killed in Albuquerque in 1952 as
part of another conspiracy theory involving the government. Her inconsistent story also claims that Philâs hands were tied when he was
found dead and then she later claimed they were by his side. Her story has
many inconsistencies, making Philâs involvement in Dulce extremely unlikely
and not credible. Ms. Dryer also claimed that Phil used two different Social
Security numbers, resulting in a lack of verification that Phil worked for the
government. The fact that he was receiving Social Security benefits at the
time of his death contradicts her statements. Phil provided a copy of his work
history to obtain his Social Security benefits, which clearly indicates that he
did not work at Dulce. Based on Philâs account of his own work history, he
would not have been able to obtain Social Security benefits if he did in fact
work at Dulce.Ms. Dryer went on to claim that Phil had so much power, he could power
light bulbs with his energy. You can make your own conclusions on that last
statement. Ms. Dryer was trying to solicit money from various individuals to
conduct toxicology tests on Philâs body, yet she had him cremated, which
rendered toxicology testing useless. Based on her own statements and claims,
Ms. Dryer is the person who actually ruled out the possibility of Phil being
murdered to silence him in regard to his alleged previous work experiences.Cynthia Dryer quickly started requesting money in her correspondence to
Gabe because, she claimed, Phil did not have life insurance. She made the
statement that Philâs dad was involved with the Philadelphia Experiment, and
she even sent a mathematical formula on time travel that she claimed Phil
invented based on his intelligence. Gabe tried unsuccessfully to locate
information about Phil using his law enforcement contacts, which included
tracking down information on two different Social Security numbers that he
claimed to use.The only information he was able to find was the obvious, which was that
Phil lived in Oregon. He was not able to trace him to any corporations or
employers that Phil and Cynthia claimed he worked for. Philâs work history
didnât indicate that he even worked for the government, and this was filled
out by Phil himself when he was trying to obtain Social Security benefits. So
his claims about Dulce have never been substantiated, and Cynthia has
provided much of the rumors about Phil. There are claims that Phil was killed
with piano wire, but the autopsy report clearly indicates that he was killed
with surgical tubing around his neck. The piano wire theory was part of the
psychic vision and not actual evidence. Take caution with any website or
person claiming he was killed with piano wire, because he was not.If you believe the story of the supposed alien/government firefightâwhere
both aliens and government employees were allegedly killed in a battle
beneath Archuleta Mesaâthen Philâs story is definitely false because that
part of the story was started by the air force. Paul Bennewitz started it in
1981 when he wrote a letter to Senator Domenici where he talked about the
alleged firefight. The story never had much relevance until 1989, when Bob
Lazar told a similar story. Bob Lazar is the former Area 51 employee who
claims the government is reverse engineering alien spacecraft at Area 51, as
well as other stories. In the mid-90s Phil started making claims that he was involved in the
firefight at Dulce. The key to this mess is the fact that Bob Lazar popularized
the story in 1989. Bob Lazar and John Lear were also working together a lot
that year. Since John was familiar with Paulâs work and had heard the story
of the firefight from Paul, it is very likely that Lazar got this information
from Lear while they were spending so much time together. Schneider more
than likely obtained the story from Lear, which Lear supports in statements
heâs made.Paul received the information about the firefight from the air force directly
as they started their disinformation campaign against him. Based on Philâs
autopsy reports, he definitely had plenty of injuries during his life but none
that can be tied to anything relating to Dulce. Ms. Dryer or Phil could have
produced medical documentation from all his numerous injuries to help make
his story legitimate, but he failed to do so before he died and Ms. Dryer failed
to do so afterward. Therefore, evidence to support Phil and his ex-wifeâs
stories is basically inconclusive. You can view the documents related to Phil
on the website, including the autopsy and police reports, and draw your own
conclusions. If you view the Phil Schneider story from a legal standard of
preponderance of evidence or beyond a reasonable doubt, there is no
evidence to support his story. If you take a leap of faith and use your imagination, you might take his
story as truth. Based on Gabeâs law enforcement background, he kept every
possibility in the back of his mind, but a good investigator does not create
evidence to make the theory correct or make evidence fit a crime or scenario.
Based on this lack of evidence and the cumulative issues about Phil, the Phil
Schneider story about Dulce is not credible, and neither are the stories of
alien/government firefights, especially in light of where these stories
originated from: John Lear and the air force.Since Phil did not enter the Dulce story until the mid-1990s, his story has
no evidentiary strength because a lot of Philâs story had already been around
the UFO community for several years. Phil also met with John Lear in Las
Vegas, according to Learâs interviews. Phil more than likely got his
information about Dulce from Lear, and there is evidence to support this.
Add to this the fact that Cynthia Dryer immediately started asking for money
in her correspondence with Gabe and other individuals.According to Cynthia, Phil did not have a life insurance policy, and that is a
possible motivation for her to allege that Phil was murdered. If he was
actually murdered by the government, a large number of non-United States
Government employees like the local sheriffâs department and medical
examiner would have to have participated in the cover-up, which is very
unlikely yet possible. Philâs brother, who was a sheriffâs deputy himself at the
time, never questioned the results of the investigation, and he was directly
involved in it. He was satisfied with the investigation that revealed Phil had
committed suicide. If this was a murder conspiracy like Ms. Dryer alleges, they would have had
to include Philâs brother in the alleged cover-up, and that is very unlikely.
Phil had a tremendous amount of health problems before his death and was
relatively broke for an engineer who would have been highly compensated if
he had in fact worked for a project that included one of the nationâs largest
secrets. More importantly, Phil had filed for bankruptcy, creating a very clear
reason why Ms. Dryer might have made the inconsistent claims she did. The
stories Phil told about Dulce are not credible, and he never presented any
evidence to support his claims. Again, I encourage you to view the evidence
on the website for yourself and draw your own conclusions.
Allegations of Fraud and Hoax
A lot of Phil Schneider âdebunkersâ fail to provide any solid evidence to support the claims of forgery, fraud, or hoax. I will try to source relevant claims worthy of additional investigation.
Here is his Social Security disability income (SSI):

Phil said he had a âRhyolite-38â clearance factor â one of the highest in the world.
Rhyolite was a top-secret surveillance satellite system developed at TRW. Rhyolite is referred in SIGINT (Signal Intelligence) satellites. Phil was not involved with this type of work.

HERE IS A TESTIMONY FROM CHARLES GILBERT WRIGHT OF NEW JERSEY:
Yes, this information (Norio Hayakawaâs information) agrees with what I found out from Philâs brother and sister, and friends of Ron Rummel, and other friends of Philâs. Thank you for sharing. It is so easy for information to circulate round and round on the internet.
It was back in the late 1990âs when I called Philâs brother George on the phone who was working then at the Portland River Patrol and he had his sister, Polly send me a letter also. The Schneider family came from Russia in the late 1800âs and were Jewish, and the family was deeply hurt when Phil lied and said his father was a German U-Boat commander during WWII, when in reality his father was a medical officer in the US Navy. His uncle is an attorney in Portland. I think I did this research in 1996, 22 years ago, so a whole new generation is now reading all this stuff that has taken on a life of itâs own. Separating the BS from the truth is difficult, but well worth it. Norio, we moved back to NJ in 2012. Good to hear from you again.

Philip did not 1.)work for the Govt. 2.)have cancer/missing ribs 3.)college degree. His father was a U.S. born citizen, not a german u-boat captain. Philip was on SSI since 1968, because he was a self mutilator, having cut his two fingers off with a hacksaw at age 15. This info is from his family and friends.

From G. Clinton:
What I know about Phil Schneider:
(QUOTE)
âThis morning in the state of boredom I decided to look up and see if I can find anything about people I used to know on Google.
Imagine my surprise to find that there was a cult of Phil Schneider who I knew very well in 1977 though 1980.
I moved to Portland, Oregon in 1977, unemployed and very short on funds. I moved into a very cheap rooming house
Shortly after I moved in, Phil Schneider moved in. It didnât take me very long at all to realize that he was a liar. And I thought he was mentally ill.
His missing fingers:
He told me that he had lost them when he was working in eastern Oregon as a lineman when he had some sort of mishap on a pole (frankly I no longer recall the details; it has been nearly 40 years).
His chest wound:
I took him to the hospital.
One day as I was talking to other roomers in the common room, Phil came down the stairs with blood on his shirt saying heâd been shot. A story he quickly changed to somehow being inflicted by a passing car having losing a snow stud which struck him in the chest causing the wounds. No one present believed him, of course, but it was certainly not the time for discussions of his credibility. I took him to the hospital.
After a short time one of the ER doctors came up to me and asked if I had any influence with Phil. I said,ânot really.â The doctor said that they would like to keep him for a psych evaluation but had no grounds to do so. I was asked to try to convince Phil to voluntarily submit.
At this point and having my own suspicions I said to the doctor, â you suspect itâs self-inflicted?â The doctor said, yes.
I did talk to Phil a little bit, of course he refused.
I wish I could remember which hospital in Portland it was. Unfortunately I just donât. But there should be records.
This happened in possibly late 77 more likely 78 perhaps even early 79.
There is more I could talk about. But none of it would be particularly germaine.
By the time I parted company with Phil, entirely, probably sometime in 1980, I was of the very solid opinion that Phil was disturbed and probably a danger to himself but not others (I should note here that Iâm completely unqualified in any clinical sense to say these things.)
Now I know that no one has any particular reason to give my testimony any credibility.
But, there it is. I hope that this may help slightly for some people to be suspicious of anything he said. I certainly was and am.
Phil Schneider was not a horrible person. He was certainly at some level delusional. He was for a short time a very flawed friend of mine.â
Around 2018 Joe from Carolina (BeyondTheory on YouTube) and his research team issued a FOIA request about Phil Schneider to the FBI. On March 22, 1975 an acquaintance of Phil Schneider turned him into the FBI in Oregon. Phil claimed to have been attempting to build a nuclear device, and had radioactive materials:
The FBI document states that Phil was at the Dammasch State Hospital **(**Wilsonville Oregon), between 1968â1969, being treated for schizophrenia.
Under stress, he would mutilate himself, and he also amputated his two fingers and a thumb:
Phil removed 300 pounds (!) of this radioactive material and kept it under his bed. The FBI detected radioactivity outside where in lived, in the parking lot. This guy was definitely not playing with a full deck.
Phil would show various âsuper heavyâ materials to people that attended his lectures in the 90âs. If you received any of these materials from him, you should definitely be aware that they could have been dangerously radioactive.
Hereâs Episode 2. This information was also published in the âShadows of Your Mindâ magazine, issue #5:
âShadows of Your Mindâ Issue 5 Page 68
I looked into Philâs family tree, and thereâs no way Phil was telling the truth about his father here:
âBasically, as far as technology is concerned, for every calendar year that transpires, military technology increases about 44.5 years. This is why it is easy to understand that back in 1943 they were able to create, through the use of vacuum tube technology, a ship that could literally disappear from one place and appear in another place. My father, Otto Oscar Schneider, fought on both sides of the war. I have original photographs of that test, and the photos also show UFOs fleeing the bomb site at a high rate of speed.â
Hereâs Philâs basic vitals (the tree is publicâ just search for it if you have an ancestry.com account, or go here):
Now hereâs his father, Captain Otto Oscar W. Schneider:
His father Oscar Schneider was a Captain in the US Navy during WW2:
Public records show that Philâs grandfather moved to the US (probably from Germany) around 1907, obviously long before WW2. Public marriage records show that Philâs father was married to his mother âSarah Dee (Sally) Watsonâ at NYC in 1939. A bunch of Philâs uncles were born in Portland, beginning in 1907, and his sister Polly was born in Washington DC during WW2 in 1942.
If Phil would shamelessly lie about his own father in this way, spinning a yarn about him being a Nazi U-Boat captain, what else would he lie about?
Hereâs Philâs immediate family tree:
Phil Schneiderâs public family tree
Importantly, notice that the FBI document mentions an uncle, âLeo Schneider, M.D.â a physician and surgeon in Portland. An uncle with this name did exist according to public records (see the family tree above):
Here he claimed that 2 years after the 1979 Dulce Incident, he went to work for several companies:
âAfter about two years recuperating after the 1979 incident, I went back to work for Morrison and Knudson, EG&G and other companiesâ
This is a lie, because his Social Security Disability payments began on August 1981, or about 2 years later:
He was disabled because he self-mutilated himself, was mentally ill, and slept on top of hundreds of pounds of radioactive materials beneath his bed â and who knows what else he did.
Phil claimed to be a âUS government geologist and engineerâ:
Would a trained geologist or engineer sleep on top of radioactive materials in his apartment? Of course not.
Thereâs no way he would have qualified for a security clearance to work for EG&G or be involved in some super secret tunneling project, because he was clearly psychologically unfit. Any background check (for secret, top secret, etc. access) would surely have found these FBI records.
Itâs obvious that his information was a combination of a wild yarn and things he learned from various books, articles, UFO documentaries, his Portland friend Ron Rummel (who was also deeply into ufology), etc.

FOIA Document Screencaps:
A letter of rebuttal from Cynthia Drayer, ex-wife of the late Phil Schneider (December 29, 2018)
âSo I felt that I needed to clarify some information about Philip Schneider and myself ( I am his ex-wife, Cynthia).
I knew Philip formally beginning in 1986 through the Oregon Agate and Mineral Society. He was receiving SSI, which is for disabilities. Philip initially tried to get regular social security benefits, but he could not prove his work record.
Apparently he worked under the wrong social security number for most of his work life, and it was only discovered when he applied for SSA. I found paperwork in his apartment after his death that proves that most of his work record was under the wrong number. But because the number was being used by a living person, there was little I could do after his death. The work that was on this âother numberâ was Morrison Knudson, Coast Guard, and military work. So you will not find most of the work he did under the current social security number in which the SSI was given.
Because we had a daughter together I did try to prove his work records after his death so that she might receive death benefits from her father. This did not happen. I seem to be pegged as a money hungry lair, which I am not. I was simply a single parent with two children to raise, one of which was Philipâs daughter. As the executor of his estate, it was my duty to pursue possible benefits for his daughter, who was the only heir to his estate. I did find a very old life insurance policy which stated that Philip had two brothers. He always stated that this was true, and yet he had only one brother âaliveâ when I met him. As far as Philipâs education, you can find his picture in a Duke University yearbook.
You mention information about Ron Rummell, who was the best friend of Philipâs. If you look at the police report, as I have, you will see that the gun that was used in his death did not have blow back blood. This would mean that after he was shot, someone cleaned the gun. Iâm pretty sure that if you shoot yourself in the mouth, as Ron is suppose to have done, then you would have blood on the gunâŠâŠHe had a child, he was excited about his âALIEN DIGESTâ, he was receiving world wide acclaim for the information that was in the digest, he was about to write a book. His âfather in lawâ was the publisher of his digest (he was not married to his daughter, but they had the child together). Based on having met Ron first hand, I do not believe that he shot himself. He was âmurdered by suicideâ as was Philip (This was during the Clinton Administration and there were plenty of government officials that died of unusual circumstances).
When Philipâs father, Capt. Oscar Schneider M.D., died, Philip came into possession of materials, i.e., letters and photos from the Navy. This was my father-in-law and I met him before he died. The original letters where still in envelopes with old stamps and the address matched the letters. In them it proved that Oscar was involved in examining deceased crew members from the Philadelphia Experiment.
They were being held âagainst their willâ in a psych ward run by the military in Virginia. Some of them managed to escape, as is mentioned in the letters. Also, there were Glossy original photos from the Navy (they were stamped on the back with numbers and typing). These photos were from âOperation Crossroadsâ which is when the Navy dropped the Abel and Baker atomic bombs. There were ships at different distances, with sheep and goats, to see what kind of radiation exposure they would have. The men went on these ships after the explosions and were exposed to all of the dust.
Oscar later had a brain tumor removed, probably because of this exposure. Oscar had a Cosmic Clearance, which was âFOR YOUR EYES ONLYâ top secret. It was a NATO label. Philip told me that his Rhyolite clearance was also a NATO clearance. Philip got his work because of Oscarâs long time work in the Navy.
His brother George Schneider, was also in the Navy, and his sister, Polly, worked for the CIA. Even his mother worked for RKO, which I have heard had some secretive activity. In the photos from the Bikini Atoll there are UFOâs lifting out of the lagoon after the first bomb went off in Operation Crossroads. You could see the water dripping off the ships, escaping the explosions. The head of Operation Crossroads was General Joseph Stillwell. Our daughter just happened to be attending a school in Portland, Oregon with a young boy named Joseph Stillwell. I called the grandfather who was caring for this young boy to ask him if his grandson was related. It turned out that this grandfather was the nephew of General Stillwell and had actually taken many of the photos from the plane as the bomb was going off. He verified that there were UFOâs going out of the water and he took the photos to prove it. His uncle was also on the plane.
When Philip started talking out about UFOâs around the United states, on TV and Radio, people would come up to him with secret stuff, sometimes with photos. One man brought to Philip a photo of the Gunderson Freight Cars that are manufactured in Portland. In this particular freight car there were 115 pairs of âshacklesâ, which could only mean that they were meant for people and not for cars. After the Morrow Building bombing in Oklahoma City, Philip gave a copy of this photo to the militia in Oklahoma.
When there was a Senate hearing to talk with the militia (who were being accused of possible involvement) they asked the senator what this picture was of. They immediately closed the hearing. Philip believed that the government was opening up FEMA camps for 15 million people after âmartial lawâ was announced. The freight cars were for people that did not want to go voluntarily. It also is, according to the Roper Report, about the same number of people that have been implanted with alien devices or have been abducted by Aliens. So YES, Philip did sometimes use other peoples information, because like any good speaker he did âresearchâ, and he was given materials to talk about because others did not want to be involved or were afraid of consequences.
Philip was very upset about the missing children in the United States. He stated that 1 million children disappeared every year and many were never found. He suspected that because their disappearances were clumped around military bases and deep underground mountain bases that it involved sinister activity with either aliens or Satanic rites. With the current news today about child trafficking, he may have been right on the button.
There was the author of âPandoraâs Boxâ who went with Philip to the Denver Airport. It was with the help of Philip that many symbols were interpreted. His father was a 32nd degree Mason. He had many books about the Mason and Sacred Geometry. He believed that the Denver Airport was a deep underground mountain base. Those books, by the way disappeared after his death.
I knew the physical and mental condition of Philip. He was paranoid, and I think with good reason. He had cancer that was slowly eating away at his bones. He had a home care housekeeper through the State of Oregon. He had Multiple Sclerosis and would have flare ups. Sometimes he looked just fine, maybe with a body brace, but other times he was in a wheelchair. I saw the wound in his shoulder which was a gun shot wound. He showed it to me soon after he received it, and later in his autopsy photos you can see the wound in his left shoulder. He had over 500 shrapnel wounds on his torso with scars from burns. He had a penis that had been sliced all the way from the base to the tip. He had a major wound from a tracheotomy and he had a cut that ran from his throat to his belly button and which continued below his ribs on both sides⊠During the summer time it would break open and ooze.
He had to care for his wounds to prevent infection. This was a constant problem. He even showed his scars down his chest in one of his videos. So yes, he had major injuries. He also had three fingers missing from his hand. When I gave birth to our daughter in 1987, he had an operation to repair his throat and chest in the same hospital just one day later. We were released from the hospital the same day.
In one of Philipâs lectures he talks about how cocaine was brought back into this country in the coffins of men who had been killed during the Vietnam War. He talked about how the drugs were then distributed to targeted populations by the government to support the âblack budgetâ. About 3 months after his death a reporter in Los Angeles proved that this was true. The war on drugs wasnât against the drugs, it was against the cartels that brought the drugs into America and were in âcompetitionâ with the government drugs.
I have written many articles about how Philip died and why I believe it was a murder and not a suicide. Like Ron, Philip was about to write a book about his knowledge with the help of a friend who lived in Seattle, Washington. In fact he had just gotten back from his visit when he died in his apartment in Wilsonville, Oregon. He died 1/10/96 but his body was not found until 1/17/96.
His body was green and swollen. The first responders, which were his friend and the landlord believed he had died of a stoke. The sheriff released the body without the Clackamas County Coroner looking at his body (which was against the law). It wasnât until I questioned the funeral director that he took a look at the body.
It was then discovered that he had a surgical tube wrapped around his throat three times and tied in the front. In order for this to happen as a suicide, he would have to wrap the hose around with missing fingers and extensive pain in his shoulders, and then knot it. He then sat on the edge of his bed, and suffocated, falling into his wheel chair. He did not hang himself with the hose, he just sat there. This is not a normal type of death. In one of his lectures he stated that if you hear he has committed suicide you will know that he was murdered.
I asked the medical examiner to hold blood samples and urine samples for later testing. They refused to test them for a person who died of a âsuicideâ. I was told that they would be held for one year. Ten months later, when I had located a facility that was willing to get involved in the test, the samples had disappeared. Why did I think that his hands had initially been tied? Because his hands at the wrist were at an odd angle where he laid. If you would raise his arms to his back (he was laying on his front) the wrists would be at the correct angle to being tied.
It is important to note that many items were missing from his apartment. All of the notes and photographs from his lecture, all of his high math and masonic books, all of the alien specimens, all of his notes for his book (even I had written a chapter), a box of mineral specimens, and his wallet was missing. The police were at first interested in the wallet, but then it âshowed upâ the next day. Many valuable items were all there, jewelry in a nightstand, gold coins in the closet, money in his wallet.
They had already released a body illegally, and the crime scene had already been disturbed. It was just easier to call it a suicide. His brother was supportive to the idea that Philip had been murdered, and he was a Multnomah County Sheriff. Also, Philip had many medications he could have taken to have a âpeaceful suicideâ, he even had a gun. But instead he chose to die of suffocation, in a sitting positionâŠ.I donât think so.
So was Dulce true? I have to admit that I have no definitive proof that this particular event occurred. I know that Morrison Knudsen was a contractor for underground mountain bases, and I can prove that Philip did work for them. So many other things he talked about were true and accurate. So why not that? He would talk about the machines that would bore holes and create a surface automatically, of the fast moving monorail underground. When asked if he ever rode one, he said no. Now if he was lying, why would he say he never rode one. A liar would probably enjoy giving details of a ride from one coast to another in a fast moving mode of transportation.
When I first met Philip I noticed that there was an unusual truck with a wood canopy. It had a Canada license plate. Everywhere we went, I would see this truck. Someone wanted us to know that we were being followed. My phone would click when I talked on it, and I eventually went to the FBI. The clickâs stopped.
After I had the memorial service for Philip I took the people who had attended to my home. I wanted them to have the remaining notes and paperwork so that I would not be âbotheredâ. When I arrived I could tell that items had been moved. My house had been entered. I gave the people the paperwork, and as they were leaving, a black helicopter with no markings was hovering over my house. A person with binoculars was looking out the door, at the people and their cars. The lady that had moved into the house across the street when Philip first moved in to my home, was now moving out after his memorial service. (A watcher perhaps?) OK, I might be paranoid too. But if you had been close to two people who died under unusual circumstances, you might be looking over your back too.â
