Which DNS server to choose for my VPN as I am now live in Russia

Hello guys and girls, I really need help. Let me describe the situation I am in.

  1. I have Rus passport, and I will have to come back to this country someday (I possibly will fly from this country after 1-st September.)
  2. From 1-st September they (Government have a new law)will give a penalty to every one who: watch, read, listen some content which included in their list, there is about 5000 different songs, books and YouTube channels or videos. The list is increasing always.
  3. My plan is to install AmneziaVPN on some server which must be secure and private and the government’s security shouldn’t get to know which links I visited (because they will make a penalty by links I visited, I guess now it will work lake that idk any thing about their plain in the future)
Any idea about what I should do in this situation is very welcome.
My goal is to government should know as less info about my internet traffic as it is possible.

P.S. if I will have a penalty I can’t fly out of Rus Fed and continue my education in university.
Please Help!!

I believe you could use i2p network and then use outproxy configuration.

I think acetone.i2p is Ukrainian and might want to help Russians such as you, who needs help. He blocks only ru government websites domain names afaik. http://outproxy.acetone.i2p/

Let me know what you think about my suggestion. Problem with i2p: you announce participation. Perhaps you should set up a vps in Kazakhstan or something like that and connect to it through a tunnel. I am confused by that I have seen many Russian sites on i2p, why? Have they found a niche out of the gaze of their secret service?

I have never faced a cyber-adversary government like Russia though, so be advised to be careful, best of luck.
