It is March 2024 and there is practically no snow on the ground in a region where in years past there would be three to four feet. Is this significant? I don’t know. What I do know is that it brings to mind the near certainty that our planet’s climate—everything from the mantle to the exosphere—is being engineered with climate modification technologies.
That these technologies exist is without a doubt, as evidenced by a wealth of resources both scientific and general that reach back a century (and possibly as long ago as ancient days).
Come ye, come ye. The false dialectic peddled by establishment media wants you to believe there are two camps (as always, predictable fuckers), those who think climate change is “real,” and those who think it’s a hoax. As always, beyond the propaganda there lay a third rail. The truth is, climate change is both real and hoaxed. Real in a sense that humans have altered the climate—the geoengineering part, plus routine pollution—and a hoax in that it is solely attributed to second order effects of our behaviors and industries.

Paul Wittenberger, Barry Kolsky, and Michael J. Murphy’s groundbreaking documentary “What in the World are They Spraying?” also broke this whole topic wide open for me when it was released in 2010.
Climateviewer.com is by far the website that best compiles geoengineering research. Jim Lee does an excellent job reporting the latest developments in geoengineering, as well as documenting the history of weather/climate modification experiments. Although he reserves judgment on the more sinister claims about chemtrails, he expresses more concern about flight pollution and the (un)intentional weather modification caused by jet-made clouds.
In my opinion, there are several active geoengineering programs using stratospheric aerosol injection. As you may know, commercial airliners don’t fly higher than 42,000 feet (legally). The lowest boundary of the stratosphere (tropopause) begins at different altitudes depending on latitude (20,000 feet at the poles and 60,000 feet at the equator). For this reason, aerosol injection is only effective when the airplane flies at such altitudes, which makes it difficult for the observer on the ground to see the airplane (unless it’s leaving a contrail). So I doubt that the average commercial airliners that we see flying at lower altitudes are part of these programs, even though they leave trails that many people call “chemtrails”. Furthermore, if these programs are so controversial that they have to be carried out covertly, why would they go around spraying the sky with chemicals through thick jet-made clouds for all the world to see?
For all intents and purposes, the increase in contrails over the last century is due to a range of factors - from the intensification of cosmic rays to the increase in air traffic - and not necessarily due to the expansion of these geoengineering programs. There’s more dust accumulated in the atmosphere, which means more CCNs, which facilitates cloud formation, including what they now call Homogenitus/Homomutatus.
I often find myself entertaining the idea that jet fuel might be being doped with additives for “eco-friendly” reasons that, in reality, are just making engine exhaust more conducive to forming contrails. If their goal is to fight the so-called “global warming”, this is certainly a good strategy - increasing the albedo ensures that less solar radiation reaches the surface, which leads to cooling. It goes without saying that the “global warming” pretext is wrong and therefore the application of such strategy is unjustifiable, which equates the whole idea to an evil plan by a mad scientist.
I’ve also heard that modern contrails contain more water vapor in their composition due to more efficient jet engines, which makes them more likely to form long-lasting clouds. Whether “chemtrails” are doped contrails or just regular contrails exacerbated by atmospheric conditions and better engines, they still fall into the category of geoengineering.
With that being said, I’m not trying to deny the existence of “chemtrails”. The US government lists them under “Exotic Weapons” so who am I to deny it?

There is a distinct difference between a contrail and a chemtrail, and any sane person should be able to tell the difference. Contrails, under normal circumstances, dissipate at a constant rate behind the aircraft while maintaining the same length. Chemtrails however, do not dissipate at all, instead they leave streaks across the sky as far as the eye can see. Not only that but since the aerosols are laden with heavy metals and even radioactive material, so they eventually widen and thin into a haze until the entire sky is completely covered. Also note, we are completely aware that under certain weather conditions and aircrafts flying at certain altitudes can create a much longer contrail. However it would still dissipate at a constant rate, not spreadout and cover the sky without ever dissipating, like Chemtrails.
Chemtrails/CloudSeeding/GeoEngineering/WeatherModification, goes back all the way to WWII and the Vietnam War. Here in the video below is an example the US military creating clouds using planes exhaust combined with various chemicals during a Naval exercise. Its said that this was used at sea as a possible defence mechanism.

So if CloudSeeding, GeoEngineering and WeatherModification are all publicly acknowledged as real, why are Chemtrails discredited when its literally the same exact thing just with a different name? Executive Summary
In 2025, US aerospace forces can “own the weather” by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map.
A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control,
weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. Some of the potential capabilities a weather-modification system could provide to a war-fighting commander in chief (CINC) are listed in table 1.
Technology advancements in five major areas are necessary for an integrated weather-modification capability:
(1) advanced nonlinear modeling techniques,
(2) computational capability,
(3) information gathering and transmission,
(4) a global sensor array, and
(5) weather intervention techniques.
Some intervention tools exist today and others may be developed and refined in the future.
